GROUPS

We really enjoy hosting parties at Bouillon.

We just have a few practical arrangements to make things run smoothly when you arrive 10 people or more at once:

  • You must pre-order your food 7 days before your visit (if you book less than 7 days before your visit, the order will be placed upon booking).
  • The number of guests must be confirmed approximately 36 hours before your visit via the confirmation SMS that you’ll receive.
  • Everyone must choose the same menu solution (see more below).

You have 4 options as a group: 3 predetermined menu packages with varying content and price or your own unique package. See the different packages below.


A few other practicalities that apply no matter how many you are:


  • If you are here for lunch, you have your table for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • If you've booked for a dinner in the evening, the table is yours for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
  • A child in a highchair also counts as a guest.
  • No matter how many guests you are, we can only split the bill into two.


If you are a group of 20 guests or more (up to 64 persons), you can sit in our banquet room (only available in Frederiksberg). READ MORE

Express Menu - 2 courses

Choose a main course – everyone must choose the same.

Main course:

Fish and chips with sauce tartare

or

Stirred tartare with french fries


Dessert:

Rhubarb crumble


Served with sourdough bread & butter from Brittany

Beverages:

1 glass of Sauvignon Blanc (12.5 cl)

Water – still or sparkling

2 courses, bread with butter & drinks

Bouillon Menu – 3 courses

Starter:

Creamy rillette of baked and hot smoked salmon


Main course:

Coq au Vin

or

Sea bream fillet with ratatouille


Dessert:

Mousse au chocolat with praliné


Served with sourdough bread & butter from Brittany


Beverages:

1 glass of Sauvignon Blanc (12.5 cl)

2 glasses of Merlot (25 cl)

Water – still or sparkling

3 courses, bread with butter & drinks

264 DKK per person.

Paris – 3 courses

Starter:

French onion soup


Main course:

Steak and french fries with maître d’hôtel butter


Dessert:

Crème brûlée

Served with sourdough bread & butter from Brittany


Beverages:

1 glass of Petit Chablis (12.5 cl)

2 glasses of Bourgogne Pinot Noir (25 cl)

Water – still or sparkling

3 courses, bread with butter & drinks

352 DKK per person.

L’Unique Menu

Choose starter, main course and dessert from the menu. Everyone in your group must choose the same.

Drinks can be pre-ordered or ordered on the day – jointly or individually.


The price per person is calculated based on the current prices of the menu.

Sourdough bread and Brittany butter are included in the price.
