At Bouillon it is possible to have the full restaurant experience with three courses, wine in the balloon glass, tablecloth on the table and waiters in uniform - without being ripped off. It must be the case that when we bring the bill, you think we have forgotten something. But we don't have that.

The menu is classically organized into starters, main courses and desserts and features beloved favorites from French cuisine such as steak frites, onion soup, tartare, duck confit, crème brûlée and mousse au chocolat.
